At Al Markaz Cloth, we aim to deliver your orders quickly and securely. Please read our shipping policy carefully.
Expected Delivery Time
- Within Pakistan 3–5 Working Days
Note: Customized stitching (with lining) may require an additional 5–7 working days.
Shipping Charges
- Within Pakistan: Free Delivery on all orders
- Outside Pakistan: Currently not available
Couriers
We use trusted courier partners to deliver your orders across Pakistan, including but not limited to:
- Leopard Courier
- PostEx
- Call Courier
Order Processing
- All stitched and customized orders are made to order.
- Production begins next business day after order confirmation.
Payment
- Cash on Delivery (COD): Payment will be collected by the courier upon delivery.
- Custom stitched orders: Full payment may be required in advance.
Delivery Restrictions
- We currently do not deliver outside Pakistan.
- Deliveries cannot be made to certain restricted or remote areas as determined by courier partners.
Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation SMS/Email with tracking details. Please also check your Spam/Junk folder in case you don’t see it in your inbox.
Damaged or Tampered Parcels
For your security, our parcels are packed and sealed in official Al Markaz Cloth packaging.
Please do not accept deliveries in case the packaging appears to be tampered with or replaced. Immediately contact us at shop@almarkazcloth.com
